Each of these was added because selling a big supplier catalog on more than one channel went wrong without it. Here is what each one does for you, in plain words.
Stock and price sync
Your listings follow your suppliers, automatically.
Every supplier file is read on schedule. When a cost or a stock level changes, each listing that sells the product is updated on every channel. Out-of-stock items are paused everywhere at once and come back by themselves when the supplier restocks.
Why it's there: doing this by hand across tens of thousands of listings takes hours a day, and one missed change means selling something you can't ship or selling below cost.

Pricing rules and protection
Prices that can't fall below your floor.
- Margin rules. Set your margin once. Each price is worked out from the supplier's cost.
- Supplier shipping included. Suppliers that charge for drop shipping have that cost added before your margin, so it never eats your profit.
- MAP protection. No listing goes below the supplier's minimum advertised price, which keeps your dealer account in good standing.
- Minimum profit. A floor under every price, even on channels where you choose "sync stock only" and set prices yourself.
- Oversell protection. Stock is kept current between full files, so the last unit isn't sold twice.
Why it's there: a single bad cost in a supplier file, or a hand-set price that was right last month, can quietly sell hundreds of orders at a loss.

Supplier connections
Any supplier file, read the same way every time.
- Column mapping. Tell Syncetix once which column is the part number, cost, stock, brand, MAP or image. Renamed or reordered columns don't break it.
- Drafts per platform. Supplier products are sorted into ready-to-review drafts for each channel, so eBay and your store each get what they need.
- Direct connections. Keystone and Meyer connect with your own dealer account for live stock, ordering and tracking.
- Duplicates matched. The same product from two suppliers is recognised and listed once.
- SEMA Data. Fills in product details and vehicle fitment that supplier files often leave out.
Why it's there: supplier files run to hundreds of thousands of rows in each supplier's own format. Nobody can publish that by hand.

Sales channel controls
One catalog, published the right way on each channel.
- Price and stock per platform. List the same product on eBay and your store with different prices or quantities.
- Minimum listing info. Nothing publishes without the basics: title, photos, price and category. No half-empty listings.
- eBay selling limits. eBay caps how many items each account may list, so eBay drafts are never pushed live automatically. You decide what goes up.
- Category tree builder. Build your WooCommerce categories once, and products are filed into them.
- Description templates. Every listing gets your layout, your shipping and returns wording, and your branding.
- Out-of-stock guard. If you take an item off sale in your store, Syncetix won't quietly put it back. It waits until the supplier actually restocks.
Why it's there: each marketplace has its own rules and limits. Breaking them costs you listings, fees or account health.

Orders, tracking and alerts
Orders handled from checkout to the buyer's door.
- One order list. eBay and WooCommerce orders arrive together, matched to the supplier that ships them.
- Supplier ordering. Keystone and Meyer orders can be placed for you, after a check that the part will actually ship.
- Tracking found for you. Read from supplier emails and supplier systems, then uploaded under the carrier's correct name.
- Tracking status and alerts. You hear about a parcel that stopped moving before the buyer opens a case.
- Supplier stock alerts. If a supplier runs out of something you already sold, you know immediately and can buy it elsewhere.
Why it's there: matching orders, chasing tracking numbers and uploading them one by one took hours every day, and a late upload hurts your seller rating.

Returns-aware profit
Profit you can actually trust.
- Real earnings per order. Channel fees, ad fees, supplier cost and shipping, taken from the channel's own figures.
- Returns and disputes tracked. One queue for returns, cancellations and payment disputes, each with the order and deadline attached.
- Booked when it happens. A refund issued in August counts in August, even if the sale was in July.
- Overheads included. Add regular costs like software, staff or rent, and the profit report includes them.
- Month lock. Lock a month after you file. Late changes are recorded as visible amendments, so your filed numbers never move.
- Reports. Download CSV or PDF reports for any period for your accountant.
Why it's there: returns and disputes often land in the next month, which made spreadsheet profit wrong every single time.

Team access
Share the work, not the keys.
Invite your team or a virtual assistant and choose what each person can open: orders, inventory, finance or settings. Owners and Admins manage the workspace. Staff see only the areas you give them.
Why it's there: a growing store needs help, but your supplier logins, store connections and profit figures shouldn't be shared with everyone who packs an order.
