Built by an operator who needed it to exist

Syncetix · the whole dropship chain in one place

Syncetix wasn't designed in a pitch deck. It runs a live auto-parts business - roughly a quarter of a million SKUs from multiple supplier feeds, listed on WooCommerce and eBay, with orders, tracking, and bookkeeping flowing through it every day. Every feature exists because the operation hit a wall without it.

The problem it solves is the one every multichannel dropshipper knows: the chain is long and every link is manual. Supplier files arrive; stock drifts; listings go stale; orders land in one tab while tracking hides in another; and at the end of the month nobody can say what a sale actually earned. Most sellers run this on spreadsheets, a stack of single-purpose plugins, and memory.

Syncetix closes the loop instead. Feeds import themselves and are checked before they can hurt your catalog. Listings publish to every channel with the right price and stock, and draft themselves when the supplier runs dry. Orders come home, match their supplier orders, find their own tracking - from your inbox or your Amazon orders - and push it to the channel. Every sale carries its real margin, and the month closes in the same place the work happened.

What we believe

Where it stands

Syncetix is in early access and free to use while we finish rounding it out - payments and plans come later, with notice. If you run a real catalog and want the loop closed, create an account or write to support@syncetix.com.
